Comcast Monitoring the Social Networks

Here’s an update on a recent post I had made about Comcast. I received a response from Melissa apologizing for the “poor service.” I’m glad to see that their monitoring Twitter and the blogs. Proves to me that they’re monitoring their brand and reputation. Hopefully this makes changes.
